"FEATURE" is a convention that asks partner to show an ACE or
KING in a suit "outside" of the Weak Two suit.

* Many agree that a Weak Two bid requires 2 of the
top 3 honours in the long suit.
Some allow for 3 of top five honours.
Some have no suit strength requirements.
With low/no suit strength requirements, showing a FEATURE also requires
a hand of 8+ HCP.

What constitutes a "good suit" or a "bad suit"
depends on partnership standards. If any 6 card suit may be opened, two of
the top three honours may constitute a "good suit".
A "good hand" depends on the acceptable point range for opening:
within 2 points of the top of the range qualifies.
If playing 5 to 11, 9 or more points is acceptable.
With 9 or more points and KQxxxx or better in the suit, many opt for the 3
rebid.
Some reverse the meanings of 3
and 3
. Some just confuse them.
Let your partnership make its own choices.
OGUST 2N askers invite, either game or slam, with 2N, while simple raises can be pre-emptive.
